Last weekend, my gal pals and I celebrated Kristin’s birthday with a Cinco de Mayo-inspired fiesta! It was the perfect party; margaritas, yummy tacos, cupcakes, and the prettiest place settings! Kristin is the ultimate hostess and her soirees never fail to disappoint. (She hosted our Galentine’s Day party if you remember!)
The timing of the party couldn’t have been more ideal– the new Target Opalhouse collection basically made up 95% of the decor. (For specifics, head to her blog post, she has everything linked!)
Anyway, wanted to share a peek at my outfit and the party, to inspire you for your own Cinco de Mayo plans tomorrow! I picked up this cute tee at Old Navy and it was perfect to wear to the party! (It says “Fiesta Like There’s No Mañana!” SO CUTE!) It’s on sale, so you have time to swing by your local Old Navy to grab it. I also ordered this one that says “Margaritas and my Señoritas which was super adorable as well!) I dressed up the tee with these cute polka dot shorts and my go-to jean jacket.
Cinco de Mayo is the perfect time to break out your off the shoulder tops, pretty white dresses, or fun festive tees. There are just so many cute pieces out there that are perfect for the day! It really gets me in the mood for summer and a beach getaway. (Already dreaming…)
