Happy October! Once October hits, I start to really get into the fall groove. Granted, fall in Miami is just a state of mind. It’s still, like, 90 degrees here. Fall really makes me long for my days living in New York. I love nothing more than the crisp cool and being able to break out my favorite boots. Until the temps drop, styling my favorite booties will have to do! October is kind of a weird month for me… my birthday is in a few weeks, on October 13th, which is sort of fun but isn’t as MUCH fun once you’re older than 22 lol. October 9th is also the 5 year anniversary of my dad passing away, so it’s sort of a bittersweet week now. I just try to focus on the positive and my favorite fall things: yummy candles, pumpin everything, cozy sweaters, and ALL the boots.

I’m psyched to be heading to Atlanta tomorrow with Jaime. While the weather won’t be a ton cooler, it’ll at least be SLIGHTLY cooler! I just love having these little girls’ trips with my blogger besties. Other bloggers are my favorite travel companions, because they’re ALWAYS down to take cute pics 😉
