Maybe I should just be called Queen of the Romper, because seriously, I am always always ALWAYS down for a romper. I know I’m constantly singing the praises of rompers; their versatility, their ease, their chicness. I just really think they’re awesome and would happily wear them all the time.
I spotted this little burgundy number on a quick Target run the other night. It just so happened that I was heading the next day to check out the Spring/Summer Target Swim collection, (Which btw is bananas!) so I thought it was only appropriate to scoop up this effortless romper to wear to the preview. (As if I need justification to buy a $23 romper at Target lol!) It’s a little more on the purple side than red; it says burgundy but I’d call it more of a plum. It’s a gorgeous color, nonetheless and pairs perfectly with turquoise accessories. (I’m such a dummy, I was wearing turquoise earrings but then took them off for a second and forgot to put them back on!) Sizing runs on the larger side, I am wearing a small. Keep in mind that the fit is meant to be baggy and oversized, which is so good and comfortable. I love the ruffle hem and the cutout back detail!!
I’m definitely bringing the romper on the cruise! BTW– the swim collection is SO GOOD. Since I’m headed on the cruise in two weeks, I’ve been in full-on swim prep, checking out bathing suits, beach bags, etc. The Target Swim Preview was the perfect opportunity to get a peek at some of the styles that aren’t available in-store, only online. (Like, how insane is it that the amazing Tori Praver collection is online only??) If you’re on the hunt for anything at Target, I always recommend checking out their extensive online selection, because they stock TONS of amazing online only collections and collaborations. Same goes for furniture and home decor, btw. The selection they offer in store is minuscule compared to what’s actually available online. Also, swimwear at Target right now is buy one get one 50% off with free shipping and returns, so… perfect opportunity to order a ton of cute swimsuits and try them all on at home.
Also, please excuse how crazy wrinkled my romper is… I swear I steamed it before I left the house! By the time I got around to shooting it, it was totally wrinkled lol!
