Yesterday, we ventured out to explore Savannah. Thanks to everyone for your many recommendations on where to go! Narrowing down the list of must-sees was no easy feat. Ultimately, we ended up wandering around and popping into little shops around town, checking out some of the restaurant recos you passed along, and just generally exploring. (SO bummed that The Paris Market was closed!)
Our first stop was Forsyth Park, where I grabbed an iced coffee ASAP! I had no idea how beautiful Savannah is! If you follow along on Instagram, you may have spotted this awesome sleeveless swing dress a few times… I wore the black and white striped version last week, and then the red yesterday. It’s SO comfortable and a great price. It feels like wearing pjs and is just an easy piece to throw on and go. I love pairing it with some layered long necklaces. Isn’t that long necklace cute?? I got it in Tallahassee at a store called Country Dollar… it’s a really cool store that sells jewelry and hair accessories for a dollar! Sorry I can’t link it 🙁
Kaitlyn (my youngest sister) is interested in SCAD so we went by the SCAD store and Admissions office. We’re going to tour SCAD today, check out some more great restaurants and head over to Tybee Island. Make sure you pass along your recommendations!

Thanks Becky!! It’s SO COMFORTABLE and was so perf for the SUPER hot day!
I’ve always wanted to visit Savannah! You looks so relaxed here. Love those shoes – can’t believe they are from Ross!

Thanks, girl! I know, right?? I personally love Ross… you just have to go with an open mind, a little patience and not really be looking for something specific. And go often! I think some people try it out once, don’t find anything, and never go back. Sometimes, you go and there’s nothing, and sometimes, you go and find a ton of stuff! xx
Wow! I’m so jealous! Savannah has been on my travel to-do list for years! They have an extensive haunted history and I’d love to do some ghost hunting! Did you happen to pick up any scary stories while you were visiting?

I’m not one for scary stores, to be honest lol! I did see tons of signs for them, though. The town was SO beautiful and we had a great time. You should definitely check it out if you ever get a chance. xx
Cute post! Now I want to buy that Old Navy dress. Ahhh… 😉
Thanks, girl! I LOVE the dress, I highly recommend it. It’s so comfy, and such a good price. xx
