The fact that I have a major, major thing for sparkle is definitely not a secret. (I know, shocker, right?) There’s just something about glitter that does it for me; nothing lifts my spirits more. Funny story: I used to have a co-worker who would ask if I was alright (with a very, very concerned look on his face!) if there was a day I was not wearing a little sparkle somewhere. (A diamond necklace, a glittery skirt, anything.) And it’s true… I feel a little blue if I’m not wearing SOMETHING with some glimmer.
But that’s a personal choice. First and foremost, I’m a stylist. I get it, head-to-toe sparkle isn’t for everyone. However, especially during the holiday season, I think that incorporating a sparkly clutch is an easy way to inject a little fun and sass to your look.
A word of caution: beware of your bling. I’m very picky about my glitter… make sure it doesn’t look cheap or you’ll lose the luxe feel of your look.
