Target Who What Wear: Denim Skirt + Striped Tee + Leather Jacket

Another day, another look from the Target Who What Wear collection! You may recall this look or this look from earlier this week. Can you tell I’m LIVING for this linen stripe tee? I just really wanted to highlight its versatility and how it can truly be the building block for countless looks.

This denim pencil skirt is BOMB. It’s SUPER comfy and stretchy… you can wear it all day at the office, for sure. It would also look amazing with a white or chambray button down, a black turtleneck sweater, a silky cami… I could keep going on and on. (Actually, those are all good ideas, stay tuned to the blog and Instagram, I’ll definitely be wearing those looks in the near future!)

This leather moto jacket just looks SO luxe, it’s amazing to me that it’s under $50. Come on now.

My favorite thing about this collection is that it’s so chic, yet so affordable and high quality. I’ve always been ALL about affordable style. Sure, I can appreciate a gorgeous Louboutin or a Prada bag, but I get so excited by finding a great deal on something that looks way more luxe than it is. Call it the thrill of the hunt!

The mark of true personal style is the ability to rock it on a budget. ANYONE can look “stylish” if they spend enough money, let’s be honest. But being able to look high end when you’re shopping off-price, sale racks, or outlet stores? THAT’S style. And really, isn’t it so much more fun? It is to me! Don’t get me wrong, there are definitely splurgeworthy pieces and investments that should be made. (A gorgeous pair of a pumps, a high end bag, etc.) But the high/low mix is the ULTIMATE statement of the TRUE fashionista. Don’t you think?
