While the Nine West ‘Love Fury’ pump isn’t a new style for the brand, it’s long been a go-to style whenever I want to look polished and put together. (I’m a firm believer in the philosophy that if you love something, buy it in multiples. To that end, I own the ‘Love Fury’ in leopard pony hair, nude patent, and black leather!) I wore the nude patent pair over the weekend to have dinner with a girlfriend, and bringing them out really reminded me what a great shoe it is.
Every woman should have a really great pair of classic nude pumps. A nude pump elongates the leg and is sexy yet classic, basically the perfect complement to any outfit. The trick to the nude pump is choosing the right shade and shape. Choose a nude shade that flatters your skin tone and opt for an almond-shaped toe box. (Round is way too dated, pointy can be too severe; almond is the most universally flattering.) While I’d say a classic style like this is worth investment, the ‘Love Fury’ is attractively priced ($59-89!) and a great alternative to the Louboutin ‘Pigalle’. (Perfect for scooping up multiples!)
I think they’re super comfortable. The heel height is manageable for long wear and they’re really high quality. They look great with everything from jeans to cocktail dresses.
