I’m a huge, huge fan of Steve Madden shoes. While perusing the Nordstrom website today, I fell totally in love with the ‘Sophie’ style by Steve Madden. Truth be told, I’m all about a cobalt shoe right now, and the cobalt was the first to catch my eye. I think this is a GREAT summer to fall transitional style… it’ll work now, it’ll still work later. It’s a great sandal/bootie hybrid, perfect to be paired with a great crop jean or a little dress. I especially love the ankle straps! I loooove an ankle strap. (At one of the mags I worked at, the fashion director HATED ankle straps and we were never allowed to shoot them… I NEVER understood why and was always SO sad because I LOVE them.)
