How To Wear Hearts for Valentine’s Day (Without Looking Like a First Grader)

While I love hearts and support the wearing of heart print year round, Valentine’s day is really the perfect time for them. (Plus, brands put out THE cutest product around this time of year!) While certain heart print interpretations can skew junior, there are a surprisingly high number of chic options that won’t make you feel like you’re in first grade. So how can you pull off a high end heart print? I’ve put together a few great and easy tips.

How to Wear Hearts Like a Grownup

1. Go for a more graphic print or a piece that focuses on only one heart.
2. Be cognizant of fabric and print quality. Make sure the material looks and feels luxe. Stay away from cheap fabrics.
3. Play with textures. Don’t be afraid to mix your heart print with something a little tougher.

Thanks Katie! I LOVE hearts, too! (And I’ll definitely wear them year round, V-day is just a great excuse for them!)
      xx
