Happy 1st Birthday, A Sparkle Factor!

It seems only fitting that A Sparkle Factor’s 1st birthday would fall on the day before Thanksgiving. I have so much to be thankful for and am happy that it’ll ALWAYS be this time of year, it’s a great reminder that gratitude is key to happiness and success. This year has been an amazing and exciting one. It’s been full of opportunity and new beginnings. I was devastated when I had to leave New York two years ago. (If you’ve never read my post about how I created my own dream job, check it out.) I have never been more heartbroken than I was in that time. Little did I know that leaving the city I loved, the job I’d dreamed about for years, and the friends I loved like family would lead to something so much bigger than what I had ever envisioned for myself. It just goes to show that sometimes the plans you have aren’t as big as the ones that God has for you.

The past few weeks, I’ve been wearing this beautiful nameplate necklace non-stop that’s engraved with ‘A Sparkle Factor’. The lovely team at My Monogram Necklace sent it over and I’m dying over it. It serves as a reminder about what I stand for, what A Sparkle Factor is all about, and you. A Sparkle Factor isn’t just about shopping, your closet, or what you should be wearing. It is about that, but it’s more than just that. A Sparkle Factor is about helping you feel like the very best version of yourself. I want you to be inspired to take risks, step out of your comfort zone and feel beautiful. Everyone has a ‘sparkle factor’. It’s something that comes from within and makes you special and unique. It’s that thing about you that makes you interesting and makes people want to know you. I want you to find that. I want to HELP you find that. That’s what A Sparkle Factor is all about. I hope that I’ve done that this year.
