Casual Workwear: Denim & Leopard

Coming up with cute and chic workwear looks on a daily basis can be more than a little bit daunting. I KNOW I’m not the only one who’s stood in front of her closet with that feeling of dread and total lack of inspiration. Now that I work from home… I’m not going to lie to you- I work in my pj’s way more than I’d care to admit! But I remember that feeling. The “I HAVE NOTHING TO WEAR” feeling. I STILL feel it! I kinda miss going to work. My manager is currently looking at workwear printing and I think it’s a great idea to implement once we’re back in the office. Deciding what to wear to work every day is a lot of effort whereas a uniform is so simple and easy! I’m enjoying working from home though, don’t get me wrong!

They key to fighting wardrobe ennui is to look at each piece individually and experiment with new ways to remix the basics. (Yes, I used the word “ennui” in real life in this post and I’m PRETTY EXCITED ABOUT IT.)

I basically live in this jean jacket. It’s probably one of the best things I ever bought. I’ve had it for… maybe 2 years? The J.Crew Factory store STILL sells it, and it’s still a piece I highly recommend. Jean jackets are one of those wardrobe staples that are WORTH the investment. This jacket has paid for itself over and over again!
