Do you have a go-to sweet treat? Anyone who knows me knows that I have a major sweet tooth. I NEED to have chocolate every day and my favorite meal of the day… is dessert.
I also pride myself on the fact that I eat pretty healthy. I love to come up with creative meals that make me feel good and energized… and I think that the most important part of any meal plan is space to indulge. There is truly no need to deprive ourselves, it’s all about making good choices.
The last year or so I’ve really been focusing on fitness and eating right and I’m in the best shape of my life. So many of you guys have been so sweet to notice and I’ve truly felt more confident than ever! While I’ve definitely made some changes in regards to my workout routines and diet, one thing that hasn’t changed: I make sure to still enjoy sweet treats when I’m craving them. When I deprive myself I end up feeling unfulfilled and wind up snacking on a ton of other things while still feel unsatisfied.
Lately, my go-to treat is Skinny Cow® ice cream; namely the Skinny Cow Vanilla Gone Wild ice cream sandwiches. They are SO. GOOD. I crave them every night and honestly– don’t even feel guilty about enjoying one. Skinny Cow ice cream is unapologetically indulgent– a full-flavored ice cream that you can enjoy guilt-free.
One of my favorite ways to dress them up and mix things up a bit is to add some toppings! Candies, chocolate chips, coconut flakes, sprinkles… you name it.
If you’ve been following me awhile, you know that I’m a huge fan of the Walmart online pickup and delivery. I get so busy during the week, it’s so much easier to just jump on my phone and place a quick order than to make a trip to the grocery store. Plus, I lowkey love grocery shopping and browsing, so doing it online is kind of so fun haha! I’ve done both the drive up and delivery and can’t recommend them enough!
