Valentine’s Day is just a few days away, but I couldn’t let the holiday pass without sharing my Valentine’s Day home decor and bar cart! Vday is my favorite time of year in stores like Target and Homegoods… I love the cute and festive decor they bring out and it’s the one time of year it is socially acceptable to decorate your house in hearts without looking like you’re 9 years old.
If you’ve been following along on my past home decor posts, you know that my mantle has been a work in progress for months. (Let’s not even talk about The Wall That Shan’t Be Mentioned behind the couch!) I’m so excited to report that I’ve made some slight progress on the mantle and have finally figured out what can and should live up there for now. If you follow along on Stories, you may have seen my Hobby Lobby haul a few weeks ago. I got lucky and found peonies, roses, and these pretty canvas prints on sale 50% off! I bought it all and made my own arrangements!
My favorite Valentine’s day decor item is probably the white heart garland!
In terms of the bar cart, I swapped out my letterboard for a pink one and picked up a cute XOXO banner in the dollar spot at Target!
